DE VINE is a lovely black filly who was rated Premium at
her Oldenburg inspection. She is a wonderful mover with a ton of suspension
and lots of power from behind. She has very nice conformation and nice straight
legs. DE VINE is a very bold filly with lots of personality.
She is a fabulous performance prospect with the bloodlines to make an amazing
broodmare as well.
DE VINE has been working under saddle since January 2010. She is going nicely w/t/c and will be ready to show in training level very soon. She is very athletic and well-balanced with an amazing canter. Her trot is rhythmic and elastic. DE VINE is uncomplicated to ride, while still very green. She is not spooky and pays more attention to her rider than her surroundings. DE VINE is good to clip, bathe and trailer. She would be perfect for an ambitious rider who is looking for a talented horse.
UPDATE - De Vine went to her first dressage show in June 27th. It was only her second time off the property and she was excellent, listening to her rider and impressing all the spectators! She did Walk/Trot test B and scored a very good 68%, including an 8 for Gaits and an 8 for Impulsion, with the comments "beautiful horse, extravagant movement". She is well on her way to being a top dressage horse.
UPDATE- De Vine went to 2 more shows in September, 2010. She scored 65% and 68% at the first show, and had 2 68%'s at the 2nd show in Training 1 and 2. She was very good in new surroundings, even though the weather was less than perfect. She has now started jumping and is enjoying it.

SIRE LINE:
DE VINE's sire is the impressive black Oldenburg stallion
DE LUXE, who was approved in Germany and then sold to the US at
the prestigious PSI auction. DE LUXE has won championships
in hand at Devon and is schooling all the FEI movements. He shows an amazing
ability for piaffe and passage and has a super temperament as well. DE
LUXE's sire is DE NIRO, one of the most famous
DONNERHALL sons. DE NIRO placed 2nd at his stallion testing,
winning the dressage with 9's for gaits and had the highest rideability
score. DE NIRO was showing and winning in Grand Prix by
the age of 7. He produces highly rideable horses and has over 45 approved
sons and many top-priced auction horses.
DE LUXE's dam RANDORA is by the ABSATZ
son ANDIAMO, who won his 100 day test and has competed
in Grand Prix jumping and FEI level dressage. He is showing to be a top
producer of both dressage and jumping horses.
