LACEY was a premium foal in Germany and was imported to
Canada when she was 9 months old. She combines the top jumping bloodlines
of LANDGRAF I and COR DE LA BRYRE. She
was very slow to mature so she was not started under saddle until she was
5 years old. She has been free-jumped and shows incredible form. LACEY
has been ridden on the flat lightly for the last year and has been jumping
now since the summer. She learns very quickly and loves to go to the jumps
without being too hot. She is ready to start showing in the jumper ring
now. This is a high class jumper prospect who is great fun to ride.
Bloodlines.
SIRE LINE:
LACEY's sire is the beautiful Grand Prix dressage horse
LORENTIN I, who won all his classes for young dressage
horses, and qualified for the German Championships. He has produced many
premium foals and stallion candidates. LORENTIN's sire
is LOUTANO, an international level dressage horse. LOUTANO
is by the legendary LANDGRAF I. Landgraf 1
is considered by warmblood breeders across the globe to be one of the most
successful sire of show jumpers the world has seen.

DAM LINE:
LACEY's dam FORLEONA is by CORLEONE
who has sired some top show jumpers. His sire was CALETTO II,
who was champion of his stallion licensing in 1980. Known as an improvement
sire, CALETTO II was a great jumper, showing extraordinary
form. He is a full brother to the International jumper CALETTO I.
The incredible COR DE LA BRYRE is in the dam line as well.
